Shipping

DOMESTIC

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. For express shipping, please allow up to 1-3 days once in transit. For overnight shipping, please also 1 business day.  A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Lenon is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints. Shipping charges are non-refundable

Note: There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery time frame, these unfortunately are beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. 

For two-day or overnight shipping,(orders placed after 12 PM PST will be fulfilled the next day)

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on the destination country. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Lenon is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

All customs and duty fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs and merchandises are non-refundable due to package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees.
